Ladies i am 39 weeks today and im so over being prego already i am 2cm dilated and i lost my mucus plug friday idk if that means much but i wanna get this labor a jump start ....please give some advice and opinions
Get a birthing ball and sit on and roll around on it, doesn't bring labour on quicker but it helps bring baby down into pelvis so it's in a better position
