Don't think it's a law. I'd call another practice and switch doctors if your doc won't let you have a vbac.

There's no way this is the law. If your doctor is telling you this, he or she is LYING to get you to do what he or she wants. Switch doctors immediately. It's terrifying and unethical for a doctor to lie to their patient about medical care options.

There's no way this is a law. It would be unconstitutional to force anyone to receive any kind of medical treatment they didn't consent to and want.

If your doctor is lying to you you should find another one asap and report them and their practice to the state board.
