Anyone else experience this symptom?

Recently while having foreplay even without orgasming I get really bad stomach cramps, just wondering if anyone else got this & if it's normal? Also lost my libido?

I never really got stomach cramps with foreplay or sex. Well, nothing that I can recall. But I have completely lost my libido.

Yes, I get this tightening session in my uterus/stomach. It's not painful, just very odd as I've never got it before. Also no sign of libido, I've heard it's all normal and settles in the second trimester.
