Anyone else experiencing Hemorrhoid(s)?

Things just got real. Anyone else experiencing hermorrhoids? I have one and it is so awful. Any recommendations for treating them? I have a doctor's appointment for my 8 week ultrasound tomorrow and will tolk to the good doctor then but was hoping some of you have some natural remedies to recommend.

Yes! It's pretty darn painful. I've used Preparation-H since last night and been feeling so much better. You can also used Tucks or witch hazel.
