I am free from soya, dairy and gluten due to intollerences but i also have my smallest who is free from nearly everything lol
Her diet is gluten free grains, meat, swede, cabbage, leeks, pears, bananas, lettece, celery.
She has an allergy to milk, soya, egg, gluten and salicylates (naturally occuring fruit and veg chemical also found in asprin)
