I have a bit of a weird one with O2, I was checking my bank statement this morning and I noticed my phone bill hadn't gone out. So I had a live chat conversation with O2 who have said my bill was paid on 8th December (which is the date the dd was due) my account has been credited and no problems with my account. I just checked my bank statement again and the have not taken the money - it's £82 thats the only reason I checked my statement was because I had too much money . Anyone else had this with them this month or before?
