I own a 6 year old anglo-arab. We mainly show jump and I just went national this year so it has been a very exciting time.
The trouble is that when I found out I was pregnant I asked my Dr if I could continue to ride. He said that as I'm a competent rider, I could continue gently but NO jumping.
The thing is I've had such bad morning sickness that I haven't been able to make the most of my horse for almost two months - I used to ride him every day.
I have a friend who is a professional rider who is looking after Oxbow for me until after the baby is born.
Do any of you ride/compete and how are you compig with/without it?!
I've attached a photo of us (hopefully!).
