I'm about 24-25 weeks pregnant and starting to get lightheaded. It might just be me being tired as I haven't been able to sleep well the last week. but I feel it's more than that.
Last pregnancy I had perinatal anxiety, and I feel like a large part of it had to do with bodily symptoms. So I'm trying to see what I can do to eliminate or minimize the symptoms that affect me. Namely, lightheadedness, dizziness, sugar drop, and I guess bloating (I burp quite a bit but barely anything's coming out the other end).
Low blood pressure was an issue before but I've been monitoring it; it's fine. I seem to feel better after eating sometimes, but not always. My psychiatrist had me tested for anemia just in case, and it was apparently 1 point below normal range. She sent the information to my midwife, who hasn't said anything about it. I started taking iron pill, but not on a daily basis since I was never told to.
Is anyone going through this? How do you stay calm when you get lightheaded?
