Anyone else struggling through exercise?

I typically run 3-4 miles 3-4 times per week, often pushing DS2 in the jogging stroller. Yesterday wasn't so bad but Sunday and today, I was struggling to get through my run. My muscles felt fatigued, I was getting stitches in my sides and front abdominal muscles, and so out of breath. It felt like I was sprinting uphill even when I was just moderately jogging on flat pavement. Anyone else? I feel like a slacker ;)
 
hi! Yes, I had the same thing happen to me in my exercise class both days this weekend. I've been going 4-5 days per week for one month and to feel so lightheaded and struggle was unusual for me- I was afraid i was going to pass out.
 
I've been ok with working out so far. I'm actually about to go for a run now. I'm still pretty early though.
