Anyone else suffering with insomnia?

I had it my entire pregnancy with my first and it's back with a vengeance this time!! I have the midwife tomorrow. Are there any sleeping tablets safe to take during pregnancy that I could ask for? I have tried every homeopathic remedy and god knows how many other silly ideas. They gave me tamazapan when I was in hospital waiting to be induced but I know they won't give me that especially for such a long period of time!!

ask if ur allowed benedryl (diphenhydramine)..its used for allergies and colds and on the safe list for that during pregnancy...but if u take two people use it as a sleeping thing..ask ur mw if its ok to use and do that.....

I have used it with my pregnancies...

Tylenol PM and Benadryl is safe during pregnancy and they make you drowsy.


I have had insomnia since I hit the end of the first Tri.... It hasnt gotten better at all.
