Anyone else thinking of getting the new doona car seat?

I saw this for the first time last night and think it's an amazing idea. Especially when baby comes I will have a 5 year old and 2 year old so been able to get baby straight out the car without the need to mess around with a pram is very appealing. I also like the idea that wouldn't need to xarry around the car seat when forgotten the pram!

It's an interesting concept for sure, but I don't like that it doesn't have a base (at least that I could see?).

It's tough enough to install a carseat properly once, but to have to take the whole deal out every single time?! I don't think I could get on board with the room for error in that.

There is a seperate base that you can buy but is isofix only. I'm going to pop along to mamas and papas and see how easy it is to install with just a seat belt x
