Anyone else totally drained and lightheaded

I feel absolutely exhausted to a point of goin lightheaded.
My youngest has been gettin me up at 5am most mornings and im constantly on the go from then on til about 8 at night.
Cleaning yesterday I went all dizzy, felt tired and sick... ive also had a cold.
Its worrying me...
I feel like I need to sleep constantly....

Hey Hun have you had your irons checked latley? It can totally be that your just on the go and pregnant, I thought this turns out I had low iron as well! Been taking my iron and do feel better still tired but not that over whelming tired of can't function etc.

I have been on a great diet plus taking 1 ferrous fumerate as preventative measures since I had anaemia with my second pregnancy. The last time they were checked which was a month ago they were 12 but the MW said that if a baby has a sudden huge growth spurt it can drop dramatically and im to now up those pills from 1 a day to 3... I feel awful, really bad.
