Anyone ever seen this angle?

at 26 weeks 5 days i went to get an elective 3d/4d ultrasound. Tech at one point said "oh yeah i for sure see girl parts" and when she tried to get a pic, babygirl moved. baby was VERY stubborn and in a ball.

She got this one pic, and she said girl parts are at the bottom, pointed them out to me. Its VERY hard to see where she was pointing and i've NEVER seen it like this before.

My main question (Not really doubting gender, its just this is a CRAZY pic) is What the crap AM i seeing LOL is it really labia and clitoris? or something else? Mostly just weird curiosity.

There is no typing on these pics. any "lines" present are from the ultrasound itself. (someone said she "Typed an X where the scrotum would be b/c she thought boy." (she never typed anything
