anyone get a BFP with only one big follicle?

I have a follicle on my left side that is 22mm my lining looks good too...I got a shot of hcg and we are doing an IUI tomorrow...anyone only have one egg and get pregnant from it?

Hey sugarpi! I thought I'd share a girlfriend's success story. They had been trying for over 2 years. They were taking clomid, with a trigger shot & IUI. Their successful month, she had 1 egg & he only had 21 million sperm. So, it can happen. You don't need 4 eggs & 100 million sperm to get the job done. Good luck today girl!

I had 1 22mm follicle and triggered that day and used timed BD-after 4 years that little follie is the baby in my belly!
