anyone get headaches after d&c/mc?

Hi all.
I had a d&c last week. I was 10 weeks, baby measured 10 weeks, but no heartbeat.
I had a d&c on Wednesday of last week. I have been doing well.. very little bleeding, etc. But I have been having headaches for the past three days. I am assuming that it is hormones? anyone else have this? also, if you were around the same point, 10 weeks or so, how long did it take you for the HCG to go back to zero? I took a test yesterday and it was a very strong positive.

I read in a few places that it can also be caused by the blood loss; as blood vessels widended causes headaches apparently and caffiene can really help this. It's worth a try.

thanks for the input.. I have been downing the coffee to no avail. lol but I am not really bleeding either, like hadn't even spotted from the day before yesterday til today. Today is just a smidge, so not sure it is blood loss related. Thinking hormones? I don't know.. but I would like it to stop! headaches are so annoying!

I also had headaches. Eventually they went away (it's been 3 weeks). I don't think Doctors really know why so they just say it's the hormones...

i had medical mc a week ago 2day i was 16+5 but baby died at 13wks ive been sufering really bad headaches since and i just feel tired all the time, sorry about your loss
