The next time they could fit me in to have my assesment was after my due date, so in the end my community midwife had to do my assessment and fax it over.... but they did say if i went in to labour before it was done then I wouldnt of been able to go there. xx
That's what I'm worried about!
I had decided on Bracken and now have my heart set on it. So bit worried that I may go into labour before my assessment at 38 weeks. But hopefully not.
In any case, as long as my baby is delivered safely it doesn't really matter does it.
But one question...do the labour ward have a birthing pool??
Yes I may do this. I see her a week on Tuesday so i'll speak to her about it then.
But as i'm a first timer I guess she doesn't think i'm likely to go into labour early anyway. But I would be happier knowing it was all sorted! x
