Anyone had a 16 week 3d/4d ultrasound?

I read somewhere that the best time for 3D and 4D scans was 26 weeks and beyond,

My gender scan is in 3 weeks almost, is it worth a 4D scan? the normal one was so fuzzy at 13 weeks, the picture wasn't too clear
You can have more than one 4D right? As in one now and one later on?

Had my scan at 16+4 and was told DEINITELY a boy! Then at 20+4 I asked again and Gynae said it was hard to see because the umbilical cord was between the legs and obscuring the view. But then he said that we saw clearly at 16 week scan and "I don't make mistakes".

So pretty darn sure at 16+4 they can see quite accurately

Pinkwaters, if you go back to one of my posts earlier in the thread you can see a still 3D image from my 4D scan. It was taken at 16 weeks so will give you an idea of what you can see x
