Anyone had delayed ovulation from maca?

Hi ladies.

Just wondering if anyone else has started maca and found that it delayed their ovulation a lot? I started maca this cycle, I'm currently CD 31 and no ovulation so far, even though I had a couple of positive OPKs on CD24 and 25. The only thing different this month is maca.

When I first started TTC my O day was around CD20 but vitex was helping with that and I was down to around CD15/16, although last cycle it was late at CD25 and I have no idea why.

Could this just be coincidence? Something else messing with my cycle? Just my time to have an anovulatory cycle?

It's getting really frustrating waiting for either ovulation or AF, I have no idea what to expect!

I have used maca but really, not consistently. From what I can tell, it has not delayed anything for me. Although after checking my charts, I did take it with EPO. Those months were delayed but I blamed that on the EPO.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still waiting, I really don't know if there's still a chance of ovulating this month or if AF will just show up. I really hope one or the other happens soon!

I've stopped the Maca for now, I might try a lower dose next cycle.

Anyone else?
