Anyone have a duplex collecting system kidney?

Hi

I recently had an ultrasound scan because i was having one sided pain. They could not find my right kidney so ive to go for another scan to check if i only have one kidney or not. The kidney that i have is a duplex collecting system kidney & its large.

Just wondering has anyone else got this & do i need treatment for it or surgery?
