I know that whenever I ate broccoli or lots of onions lo would get bad gas, but otherwise unless your lo has some issues I don't think there is much you CAN'T eat.
Obviously medications are different and should be researched to see if they are safe and there are certain things that can lower your supply as another poster said.
Different people have different opinions about the consumption of alcohol so doing your own research and making an informed decision seems to be the best thing to do about that. Caffeine also crosses the placenta so I would limit that too.
I try to eat as healthily as if I was pregnant and drink lots of water.
