Anyone have a Polyp on Ultrasound?

I had my day 11 scan Thursday and the Dr found a polyp on the US. She said the spot was on the US last month but often they are things such as tissue that just go away with AF but if it appears more than once they want to do surgery to remove it. If no BFP this month I will have to have surgery to remove it. We talked about doing the Lap at the same time. I am on IUI #3.

Anyone else have this and what was the solution? Any BFP after?
