anyone have an easy recipe for Falafels?

well as the title says really

i got a packet mix that i just had to add water into to try them out and both me and chloe loved them for our lunch today. obviously i know these had some salt in and i know the ready made ones do so was looking to make my own, any tips?

really i didnt put them in a sandwich, just had them with mayo

gutted no-one has posted a recipe yet, really dont like feeding her the prepared stuff

That sounds good, I never liked my homemade falafels, they were never the right texture, but I only mashed the chickpeas not blended them, which was probably where I'd gone wrong.

Have you tried the recipe yet?? I think you can buy them readymade in packs but not sure if these will be any better than the packet mix?!

Falafel wraps are nice too!!
