anyone have HCG levels done?

just wondering really and if so at what stage did you have them done, i.e dpo, and what were they?
i had them done at roughly 20-22 dpo (depending on if i ov-ed on the day i thought or a bit earlier) and they were 2297.
and going by the average of doubling every 48 hours now my levels would roungly be at the 37000 mark at 28-30dpo.
do these sound good for a twin pregnancy? im only going by the possible second yolk found on my early scan and would like to know what others levels were really. going by betabase my levels are very very very good for a singleton pregnancy and are in the higher average region for a twin pregnancy.
any help will be great thanks. oh and tell me to bugger off if im annoying you all with my questions lol xx

23 DPO for me was 5500. But, HCG levels are not a good indicator of twin pregnancy......You really can only compare the results to your own and not to other peoples.

thanks hun. i reall ycant shake the feeling its twins again. its really bugging me not knowing.
things just seem so similar to my last pregnancy and everytime i had a feeling hten i was right about it. and this time my feelings nad instinct is just screaming at me its identical twin girls.
ive had three baby dreams now all involving identical twin girls and they are all similar in the sense of telling me the same sort of messages i got from my last pregnancy.
last time i dreamt about fraternal twins, a week later at an early scan - fraternal twins! then had a dream about one boy one girl, boy size of a newborn girl size of a 28 week gestational baby - told me i was having a boy and a girl and my girl would be smalle rthan my boy, at my 20 weeks scan plain as day one boy one girl. when they were born my little girl was 4 oz smaller than my little boy and you could see a size differnce and can still now.
this time ive had a dream of identical twin girls, one looked 6 months old one looked newborn, thus making me think if it is defiantely twins again (especialyl as the dream is so similar to last pregnancy) then one is going to be born noticably different in size. another dream is that of getting them dressed it th esame outfit ready to be taken home after birth but they only looked 24 weeks gestation making me think (if i have twins) they will come before they are classed full term. the one i had last night i cant actually remember just woke up with an overwhelming feeling of twins.
at my early scan they said they couldnt rule out a identical twin pregnancy as there looks like a second yolk sac just appearing above and behind where pip (HB detected) was lying so there could be another behind.
only 5 weeks to go until my scan i guess and i should stop secind guessing eveything and let it run its course and if its meant to be its meant to be. xx

Can you get an earlie scan? It would drive me bonkers to wait another 5 weeks!!

I had a hunch I was having twins too. The nurse kept saying that my hcg levels weren't high enough to be twins. I told her she was wrong. But, obviously, I WAS RIGHT!!

I have a scan on Wednesday - my hcg levels were 642 at 16dpo which is pretty high - last pregnancy at 21dpo they were only 350. Apparently though you can't even compare one pregnancy with another even in the same woman.

I would also go crazy if I had to wait so long for another scan. I would love to have twins, but will be quite happy with one healthy baby.

well i mentioned it to my mw today and she didnt say anything. the only way i will get an early scan (without having to pay as i cant afford paying) is either to get reffered to epu by my gp or through a&e again which was horendous last time! its so annoying as ive got a good feeling it is twins again and the sonographer didnt rule it out last time but as she was told to look for a heartbeat and found one she didnt investigate further when she saw the second yolk.
ive got all the same things as i had with the twins last time and it is driving me nuts! xx
