Anyone have the hotpoint aqualtis?

Hi we just got this washing machine. What would you say is this best cycle to use for my boys clothes? The cotton cycle is too long really but the synthetic one looks ok but I can't seem to find in the manual what this One is for. Thanks in advance x

I find theres not much difference with my cotton/synthetic cycles they both seem as long but they wash the clothes fine provided the temps not too high,
