Tried the smallest amount 2 days ago but I'm still scared to try more incase my LO has dairy not lactose intolerance and is ill. For those using the above how did your LO had lactose intolerance as opposed to dairy?
I'm currently exclusively BF and have been dairy free since he was 2 weeks ild
