Anyone know how to change your timezone?

Its coming up on posts its 5.30am here??????? Im pretty sure its 4.30pm UK time haha

go to your user cp. On the left hand side menu click on 'edit options' under the 'settings and options' header.

scroll down to the second box from the bottom, you should be able to change it there.
