how long, in general, is safe to begin trying to have another child after an elective termination/giving birth? I know you're super fertile and everything, but how long until the hormone levels and vitamin levels are OK to begin trying again?

Nothing offical but my friend got pregnant the month after an abortion and kept the baby. I don't think there were any complications.

I don't know for definite but I'm assuming doctors would recommend for cycles to return to normal, but I think hormones and stuff would be back to normal after one cycle.

When my baby boy died I was told to wait until I had my first period before TTC or it would 'complicate things' Im not sure what was meant by that whether they meant just dates or whether they ment things to do with the baby? Hearing that was the last thing I wanted to hear so I didnt question it cause I didnt want another baby I just wanted MY baby back!!! xxx
