OK, I was super hungry during the first trimester, no vomiting and my doctor told me to stop doing any heavy housework/chores (which was my main workout) so I put on about 14-15 lbs by my 14th week.
Now I can control myself a bit better food-wise and I am getting slightly more active so I was wondering if it would be OK to actually lose a little bit or at least not gain for a while (=as long as I can slightly control my insatiable hunger
).
I was fairly thin before (so I need to go back, there's no budget for new clothes
) and my skin is not elastic at all and I already have stretch marks all over, I don't need any more. So I would prefer it if I could only gain around 25-30lbs total.
Did anyone lose weight in the second trimester?
