Anyone LTTTC #1 3 years+? I'm looking for a buddy

Welcome Anne!! I am glad you have gotten some answers to your issues, and hoping the IVF is the ticket for you!! How exciting!! Keep us posted on your progress. It WILL happen for you!!

Fingers, toes (and eyes) crossed for IVF Anne!

I don't expect to fall pregnant this year, which weirdly has taken the pressure off a bit. I am slowly trying to clean up my diet, and become more healthy and organic :haha: I've even started doing epsom salt baths twice a week as they are supposed to help your body get rid of toxins etc.

Thanks a lot Feisty and Wantabby. I shall keep you all updated. I am doing long protocol and have just started down regging. On 2/15 I have blood works for e2 and lh levels. If the results are okay I start stims immediately after.

Wantabby Good luck for your femara cycle. Hope this is it for you. Does femara help in ovulation like clomid?

Feisty Your new diet plan sounds interesting. But hun why do you think its not gonna happen this year?

Only because it takes us on average just over a year to fall pregnant, and we've only just started trying again :)

Femara works like Clomid as far as making you Ovulate. It doesn't thin out your lining like Clomid can, it isn't supposed to have as many side affects as Clomid, and it leaves your system before ovulation. It has worked for ladies who haven't fell pregnant with Clomid and unexplaind infertility.

Hi new here! Been trying at least 3 years. Can't find a doc that will help, all they say is..everything looks good yet they don't even try to figure anything out..well somethings not right!!! Starting to feel like there no hope!

Sweettater - that's so frustrating!

Is there a reproductive endocrinologist in your area?

Well just hope that you fall pregnant soon this time. My cousin who has been through 2 mc over the last 3 years, gave birth to a healthy baby boy today.

Wantabby How are you feeling?

Welcome to all the new ladies here.

Good luck with the IVF Anne, I hope its going ok. I remember being very nervous and excited when I started mine but it all wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Only advice I can offer is keep yourself occupied during your two week wait, it was the longest two weeks of my life. I hope this is your time :flower:

Hope everyone else has had a good day. I am feeling very poorly today and dosing up on the drugs and I am just waiting for AF to show up at some point this week then I can start again.

Pinkie Thank you hun. I'm amassing books and dvds to keep me occupied during the tww.

I just started looking for one tulip, but the closest RE is 2.5 hours away. Not sure how that will work out.

Hey Anne!! I'm feeling ok! I finished my Femara yesterday so it's time to start temping and bding.. the femara side effects haven't been terrible, I am more hot natured than normal and I had night sweats one night. Hopefully it will be over soon!! Femara has a short half life in the body (48 hours) so it should be out of my system by Wednesday. How are you feeling?
