I will start by saying I am embarrassed as I am not as in tune with my body as other ladies here. So my schedule makes me lack in temping. I have done OPKS and got 2 positives a month. Cannot necessarily "feel" my egg releasing, but I do get O cramps. Although maybe thats because I notice every twinge now. We are currently in month 6 of TTC and due to a job change will not have insurance until January. I was hoping to start fertility docs next month, but now I cant. We are currently bdding every other day from Day 4 until after my suspected O. Anyone have success without KNOWING if they ovulate?

Do you have any reason to suspect anovulatory cycles?

I have PCOS so I knew I could be having anovulatory cycles when we were trying. I also had irregular cycles so it was hard to know when to check for ovulation.

After reading about a product called pregnitude I did some research on myo inositol as a treatment for PCOS. I decided to try myo inositol, since it was available at my local super supplements. I feel it added to our success since I got my BFP about 3 months after starting it. Our total time TTC was almost 2 years.

Good luck!

Most women don't know for sure if/when they ovulated. I'd say getting two positive OPK's is a better indication than most women have as to when you ovulated, and that you did ovulate. As the PP asked, do you have some reason to doubt that you ovulated this cycle, despite getting the + OPK's?

I had no idea I ovulated. I had some clear stretchy discharge but I really didn't think anything about it! I was so shocked when I found out I was pregnant! Lol

I had very irregular cycles, ranging from 50 to 70 days so I thought I didn't ovulate. However I'm now 8 weeks with #2! My first took a year to conceive, and the second 8 months (I did however have a chemical pregnancy in between). Good luck!

I would continue every 2-3 days throughout your cycle in case you don't ovulate for a few days after your opk xx

Ive never known ever when i ovulated, even when we were technically trying for a year i hadnt a clue just that i need to get jiggy two weeks after my periods lol, when i gave up i fell pregnant, then baby dates were behind and they said its due to me not ovulating on time...ive never been in tune..

I only tested and got a positive one month. I work nights and would test several times throughout the day. Not my thing. Got pregnant the next month (we had been trying nearly 2 years--didn't care anymore, just started having fun with my hubs ~lol~) so I'd say, it's possible.

I feel so much better :)
I have regular 30-32 day cycles and really no reason to doubt ovulating. However, my husband has gotten ex girlfriends pregnant without trying and we've been trying for over 5 months and nothing. That's why I assumed I am the problem. :( Without having coverage I fear losing out on another 6 months before I can go to the doctor. Thanks for all the replies .....
