Anyone pregnant with high bp and hypothyroidism?

I developed high blood pressure while pregnant with my 1st child (now 1 year old). It seemed to have went away after birth, but my blood pressure was high (154/96) last time I went to the dr. I had also developed postpartum thyroiditis postpartum and am still on medication(synthroid) for hypothyroidism. Has anyone had these problems while pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy and baby? How were they managed during pregnancy?
