I di dlike the movie. I thought it was loger than it should have been. I am wxcited to read the book. has anyone read the book yet?

I heard the book is very different from the movie. The couple who wrote the book really relied on their faith to get them through that time in their lives, and the movie doesn't go into that. That being said, I still loved the movie!

I watched it with dh last week, we had our hopes up and thought it would be equivalent to The Notebook, but apparently it wasn't. Not too bad, the acting was good but I thought the story line was very naive...

Loved it! Movies that are based on true stories are nearly always good. Knowing that it really happened, makes it... I don't know, more touching I suppose!
