We started ttc in november. No luck yet, but I think I have to restart the count - I had a 3cm (3cm!) polyp removed on Feb. 2nd. So I'm hoping that does the trick :) I'd be testing this week, but cm (and lack of) and weird-ish BBT has me thinking I'm out this month.

Anybody super up on charting and what's normalish? I thought mine were, but it looks like last month I was almost triphasic - last month was my first full month charting so I just assumed that was my normal...but this month doesn't look like it...

Some cycles my charts look triphasic, and others they don't (I'm only on my 4th TTC, keep in mind). I have noticed, though, that I get a temp drop at 7dpo every single time. I've heard lots women get a secondary estrogen surge around 6-8 dpo and that this causes a dip, and if you temps go slightly higher than they were when they come up from the dip, you can get what appears to be a slightly triphasic chart without it meaning anything.

There are also plenty of women who get their bfps and never see that triphasic pattern. It's good sign if you see it and it's "more" than usual, but a lack of triphasic isn't a bad thing.

This is my current chart (I'm 7dpo right now, and I got my expected drop) overlayed on my average temps:

Hey there! Yours sort of look like mine...how did you attach/paste in there?

My cycles have tended to look different from each other, including triphastic and not. I just had polyps removed also, they also found endometritis when they did the surgery. So now I am embarking on finding what my new normal might be lol I do know though that cycles can look different month to month.
