Anyone taking angus Castus, and or Soy?

I did 3-7 I took 40, 40, 40, 80, 160. Bad move!!! The cyst it has created is composed of 4 tangerine sized cysts, totalling a grapefruit sized ovary. I can't TTc for the next 6 weeks to see if it shrinks! My gynae insists it's the soy that has caused the overstimulation, an I took the soy over 4 months ago!!!!! If it Aint broke don't fix it!!!!!! please be careful

Oh wow, I also took 3-7 160mg each day. So you just found out your had cysts even though you took soy over 4 months ago, weird! What were your symtoms, like how did you realize you had cysts?

i didnt o after i stopped the mini pill so i took it! it worked....but too well. I had no symptoms of the cysts, i had a MC had a scan...they werent there and then 2 weeks later they were. ITs like they came when the ovary had to work again on its own....soy does work, just be careful with it.

Cysts are really common in women, they just aren't detected often unless they are super painful because you don't know you have one unless you get an ultrasound. My coworker had a huge one and it wasn't for any reason. Her Dr told her that women get them all the time, hers went away and she got pregnant the next month.

hi ya,

my advice is full fat dairy. i too have suffered from no ovulation through my cycles and its horrible when your trying to concieve.

i researched alot about it and came about this book

it tells you how one glass a day of full fat milk is very good for ovulation.
i have one glass a day and im now regulary ovulating.

id give it a go, good luck though
