so i got these tablets, you take them after everymeal to break down the calories, and today i took 1 after brekki dinner and tea, and omg ive been to the toilet about 7 times, 1 minute ill feel fine, the next im running to the loo!!
im guessing this is how they work but is anyone else on them and have they worked?
i just dont know if i can cope with my near accidents
and the worse thing is, it says if you have a high calorie meal take 3 after it, if i had 3 my number 2's (TMI) would be like water
