Anyone tried or currently doing Insanity workout?!?

I have just bought insanity and I'm not a very fit person. I don't really ever exercise. I'm not overweight, just looking to loose the baby belly and tone up. I took the fitness test to start and I cannot move! I have a huge amount of nausea and just want sleep now. I know this is all normal as everyone I know who has taken it can barely move!

I couldn't even start the first workout after the fitness test so will start that tomorrow. I'm not sure I am going to get very far as I am so unfit to begin with.

I am basically looking for all of your experiences and would love to know how you all got on! Would love to hear I'm not alone in this!!

Insanity is a really hardcore workout for someone who is just starting to workout. I suggest starting with an easier program first, like Jillian Michaels 30 day shed, to get you in good enough shape to do insanity. I did the 30 day shed after not working out for 2 years and at first I couldn't even do the whole workouts (and the moves are much easier than the one's done in Insanity). Start small and try to build up your strength first before you jump into a hard program like Insanity. I wish you the best of luck and am here for you if you need any workout motivation!
