Anyone ttc whilst breastfeeding? Insight needed

So we have been ttc #2 for 14 months or so. Cycles started 14 months ago but were anovulatory for about 8 months. The last 6 cycles or so I've had full fertility. Last cycle i had nipple pain in the days before ovulation and a day or 2 before af arrived. This cycle, my nipples have been sore for almost two weeks and getting really bad. I haven't picked up a noticable temp shift yet so I dont think I've ovulated, though Glow is saying I'm 3dpo based on temp, cycle length and cm. He isn't teething, nothings really changed feeding wise, and its most painful when the letdown occurs but doesn't completely go away. Also sensitive to touch. Anyone experience this or have any insight to what might be going on?
