We have the City Mini now and decided when this baby is born we won't be using it as I don't like the configuration with a carseat and carrycot.

So we are going back to trust ol' Bugaboo- our Frog lasted 8 years (it was used by my sister before us)

If we are going for the cameleon- im going to have to start saving now as it is nearly £900.

The bee is obviously cheaper but I don't like the look of the newborn wrap...I think its really ugly.

Anyone used one?

I have and I love it.

I have friends with the cameleon and they have commented on how cosy the cocoon is compared to the big bassinet in the cameleon.

Obviously the cameleon bassinet can be used as a sleeper as well but I was never using it for that so it was fine for me.

Another plus for the bee is that it all folds as one and is really light oh and another good thing is that you don't have to swap the bassinet and seat so as you want to start raising it a bit at about 3 months or so its easy oh and one more lol it is slightly raised even when flat which I found perfect when she was newborn.

The downside is the size of the wheels they can get stuck on the cobbles and the basket underneath isn't massive.

I got the missoni cover which I prefer in the bee and people always comment on it.

Hope this helps.

Yes we used it with cocoon when she was newborn and had no problems with it. To be honest it was used for very short period maybe 3-4 months. Once they start to sit up cocoon is no longer needed. I wanted something sturdy, because i did not want to purchase stroller once she is older. Very happy with my choice. Newborn stage is short and did not se point buying big pram and struggle in shops or public transport.

yes, i used it with my newborn
No complaints from me, love the fact that it folds so easily, and is lightweight

my bee was my fave of all my prams. they look so snug in the cocoon, its so easy to push, light and easy to collapse :)

Yep we r going strong with the bee from birth till now. LO loves the cocoon. If it's warm I zip it down if it's cold I sometimes add a blanket inside it.
Same as others said, super easy to fold, sturdy, lightweight for me to carry to first floor (sometimes we don't even fold it, just carry as it is upstairs lol). And yes so maneuverable .. I put LO in it sometimes and move him around in the house to get the chores done

Yep love it! Have the cocoon but haven't actually needed to use it yet as we mostly just click her onto it in the carseat (chicco) so light and easy to go anywhere with! Today I saw friends with bassinets and was thinking would be nice for her to have a travel bed of sorts but as pp said newborn stage is short and saves a lot of faff when they outgrow there old pram x
