Anyone using opk and temp?

If so, what is your temp doing when u get the positive opk? Is it during the dip and then it goes to spike when it is negative?

I would think it's different for everyone and maybe even different for every cycle?

I don't always get a dip on my O day. Sometimes the dip is the day before O. However, my positives always coincide with temps below the coverline. The day after O there is an increase in temp and the OPK is negative.
