anyone with an underactive thyroid?

im having a blood test next week to test for it my symptoms are

cold all the time
very tired
swollen neck
foggyness
generally feeling very unwell

I don't personally- but my bestie had to have her's removed as it didn't develop properly and caused her pain- so she's on medication. It's crazy how many symptoms she can get if her meds are off at all- when it's under or over active.
