That's the problem I've had I can't get through so I canceled dd as I'm in credit and they are overcharging me now they have writ tent I me saying I can pay bill by bill but want £100 a month - which I'm not prepared to pay

Yeah they wanted £80/m from me. Single, live alone (now with baby), and they wouldn't listen that there was no way I was going to use that much energy!

I know I was right as my quarterly bills are only £160!!
