Anyones knees hurt???

The last 2 weeks my knees are KILLING ME!! its prob cause of all the extra weight but i have to go up stairs to get to my bedroom and it hurts soo bad never had knee problems before!

And my feet keep going freezing and really hurt like they are going to drop off from frostbite.
