Anything I can do?

Daniel is 15 days old and I am beyond frazzled..he takes between 4-5 oz every 2hrs and this includes at night time too, it can take him a hour to actually finish a bottle so sometimes by the time we finish one feed its time for another..I am dead on my feet and dont know how to make him go longer. Is there any way I can change his schedule, even to 3hrly would mean I got to sleep. I have a 3yr old too and really struggling right now to cope with it all on no sleep

If its taking him an hour to finish feeds then maybe try the next size teat or a variflow? xx
