We're about 10 and a half months through our breastfeeding experience, the LO and I. This is the farthest I've ever made it, and I intend to go as long as she will. Since it IS the farthest I've been before, and since it has been a while since any of those newly nursing issues I thought I'd ask if there are any other unforseen curves in the road that seem to come naturally as the baby gets older, or is it mostly smooth sailing from here on out?
Also, any tips on sustaining nursing past 12 months are welcome. MyLinda is eating other foods through the day, but still nurses more than any of that. I know this won't last forever, so I am still a little fearful that she'll suddenly eat solids more often and my milk will dry up. (Probably silly at this point, but still.) Give me as much advice as you can. Consider me a sponge!
