Anything to be concerned about?

I'm 4w 3d and had quite an active day doing housework yesterday. Had some cramps and twinges but nothing different to what I've been having since getting my BFP. In the evening when I went to the loo and wiped, I checked the paper as always and there was a very small bit of cm,a sort of sticky patch, tinged brown. Nothing else coloured on the paper. I've had only clear cm up to then and since (and I've been checking constantly) symptoms still the same of sore boobs and a bit of nausea. Does this sound normal or something to be worried about?

I think there's only a concern if you were having significant bleeding and cramping. I wouldn't be too worried unless it gets worse as some spotting during pregnancy is considered completely normal.
