Anything to help me sleep? Bachs Rescue Remedy?

I'm 33 weeks and suffering majorly with insomnia. It's half 6 now and I've been wide awake since 1 am :cry:
I've got three other children (including a toddler) to look after and could really do without this sleep crap. It's been going on for a few weeks now.
I know lavender is meant to help you sleep, but I use it so much around the house, that I don't think it has that 'sleep' affect on me anymore.
Is there anything else I can try?
Has anyone used Bachs Rescue Remedy and found it useful?

I've used Rescue Remedy in the past and found it effective for anxiety/stress and things like that, but I've never tried to use it as a sleep aid. Couldn't hurt to try?
