Apatamil comfort and constipation help

I have changed from normal apatamil to the comfort, my daughter had trouble with passing no. 2 and farting a lot, she is a content baby but struggled with those 2 problems
Has any one had a positive out come using comfort for this problem?
Also I'm finding she is slower at feeding with it, Im wondering even thou I've just started this have I done the right thing to change

I changed to Aptamil comfort and it was the best thing i ever did. My LO was goind days without pooing and always seemed uncomfortable when she did. I changed and within a week she was much happier. She now poops several times a day. She may be feeding slower as it is thicker. Did you change to a faster teat or variable flow one as she may be slower due to it being harder to drink. I would recommend comfort though!!!

We switched due to reflux and it worked wonders.. I think the advice on the carton does say it can take a few weeks to see the affects. My LO is still sometimes fussy and has issues with her reflux but no where near as bad as she used to have.. We had to change to a faster flow teat as the milk is difficult to suck through the teat... good luck :O)
