I'm using aptamil anti reflux and when I shake it for 20 seconds and leave it to settle for 7 minutes, it is more like foam all the way through. has anybody else found this with this particular formula?

is it meant to be foamy? is it okay to be foamy? what did you do to reduce the foam? or prevent it?

I don't use that milk, just regular aptamil first milk, but I always stir my formula to prevent foam/extra bubbles as my LO is windy enough and I wa told this helps reduce air in the milk.

Add a drop of infacol hun, we use the hungry milk and it's foamy too! :)

I used to use SMA Staydown as LO has Reflux and SMA advise to make up the feeds by rolling the bottle rather than shaking, not sure if it would be the same for Aptamil but might be worth a try

xx
