Aptamil hungry baby problems

My LO is 14 weeks tomorrow and on advice from HV I've gone from first to extra hungry as she wasn't gaining weight like she had been. (dropped half a centile). She was fine for three days but today it has been a fight to get her to feed she fidgets so much the nipple falls out and then she screams like a banshee.....I have no clue what is wrong, teeth coming through perhaps? She has reflux and is on infant gaviscon, she HAD colic but got over that a couple of weeks ago, so I weaned her off the colief.

Has anyone any advice or had the same trouble as I'm stressing what to do poor little thing seems so distressed. She isn't sleeping as well as she was and seems a bit grumpy.

I think its the milk hun, we had the same problem with Paddy, he was a nightmare on that milk,screaming through feeds, grumpy all the time and in the end i took him to the HV and she said that hungry baby milk sits too heavy on some babies stomachs and causes them belly ache so i changed back to 1st stage milk and he was fine again. This was Aptamil too. x

Just a quick update......went on the aptamil website to the live chat and got a reply that you can alternate the first with the extra hungry, which so far seems to be working much better.

Although we now think Ava is teething....explains alot
