Arcuate uterus-12 weeks pregnant

Hi,
I need some reassurance. I' m 12 weeks pregnant, this is my second pregnancy, first ended with mmc at 11weeks. I don't know if it was caused by my uterus, because after miscarriage I found that I have MTHFR mutation and now I'm on blood thinning injections and baby aspirin. But i also have arcuate uterus, quite severe, because dip in my uterus is very broad but is only around 1cm long. It looks like banana ??? Anobody with the same condition and have succesful pregnancy?

From what I've read arcurate uterus is not significantly more likely to lead to pregnancy complications than a normal uterus. But if yours is more severe than most, you'd have to find out from your Dr if they think it poses higher risk.

My Dr isn't specially concerned but I know that some women with significant anomalies have succesful pregnancies and some with less severe have miscarriages. So I'm looking for somebody with succes story
